SPM or equivalent; barista certification ia a plus

Prior experience as a barista ia preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Good communication skills and positive attitude

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Team player and able to work under pressure

Primary location is Pavilion KL. Able to switch location between 1Utama, Pavilion KL and Mid Valley if required

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos, according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and resolving complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.

Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, making change, and balancing the cash register at the end of each shift.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including wiping down counters, washing dishes, and disposing of trash.

Restock inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

Stay updated on new coffee trends and products, and participate in training sessions to improve coffee preparation skills and knowledge.
