Requirements
SPM / Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Tourism Management or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Passionate about the travel industry.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services.
Prepare, update, and manage clients' travel itineraries.
Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and/or other travel suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and travel documentation.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely support before, during, and after travel.
Resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate booking records and operational documentation.
Ensure all travel arrangements are completed accurately and on schedule.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver excellent customer experience.
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
