Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in plastic extrusion manufacturing.
Experience in operating and setting up extrusion machines.
Able to solve production and machine problems independently.
Leadership experience in managing production workers.
Familiar with PVC, PE or PP extrusion is an advantage.
Responsible, hands-on and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily production of plastic extrusion machines.
Set up and adjust machines to ensure smooth production.
Troubleshoot production and machine issues.
Ensure products meet quality standards.
Lead and supervise production workers.
Monitor production output and reduce material wastage.
Coordinate machine maintenance.
Prepare basic production reports.
Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.
