Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)

Key Responsibilities
• Support daily facilities operations across office locations
• Coordinate with vendors
• Track and follow up on facilities-related matters
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed
• Welcome visitors with a professional and friendly approach
• Manage incoming calls and enquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup
• Handle mail, couriers, and parcel distribution
Requirements
• ‘N’ Level qualification or higher
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Professional, service-oriented attitude
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Willing to travel between locations when required
