Job Description

Requirements

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Automotive Parts: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Counter & Supply Support

    • Assist at the parts counter to handle daily parts requests from technicians and service advisors.

    • Ensure accurate and prompt issuance of parts for vehicle servicing and repairs.

    • Maintain clear documentation and system updates for all issued parts.

  2. Store & Inventory Operations

    • Support day-to-day parts store operations including receiving, binning, stock checking, and inventory control.

    • Monitor stock levels to ensure availability of fast-moving items.

  3. Workshop Operations Support

    • Supply required parts to the workshop promptly to avoid delays in repair or servicing.

    • Coordinate closely with workshop team to fulfill job card part requirements.

  4. Breakdown & Emergency Support

    • Respond to urgent parts supply for vehicle breakdowns, including 24/7 on-call support when necessary.

    • Arrange and facilitate emergency parts delivery for field service teams or remote sites.

  5. Parts Ordering & Coordination

    • Raise parts requisitions and follow up on backorders with HQ or suppliers.

    • Monitor delivery status and update workshop on ETA for pending parts.

Tugas:

  1. Sokongan Kaunter & Pembekalan

    • Membantu di kaunter alat ganti untuk urusan permintaan harian daripada juruteknik dan penasihat servis.

    • Memastikan pengeluaran alat ganti dilakukan dengan tepat dan segera bagi kerja pembaikan kenderaan.

    • Mengemaskini sistem dan dokumentasi bagi setiap pengeluaran alat ganti.

  2. Operasi Stor & Inventori

    • Menyokong operasi harian stor seperti penerimaan barang, penyusunan (binning), semakan stok, dan kawalan inventori.

    • Memantau tahap stok untuk memastikan ketersediaan alat ganti utama.

  3. Sokongan Operasi Bengkel

    • Menyalurkan alat ganti kepada bengkel dengan cepat untuk mengelakkan kelewatan kerja penyelenggaraan.

    • Berkoordinasi dengan pasukan bengkel untuk memenuhi keperluan alat ganti berdasarkan kad kerja.

  4. Sokongan Kecemasan & Kenderaan Rosak

    • Bertindak balas terhadap permintaan alat ganti kecemasan termasuk sokongan 24/7 untuk kenderaan rosak (breakdown).

    • Mengurus penghantaran alat ganti segera kepada pasukan servis luar atau lokasi luar kawasan.

  5. Tempahan Alat Ganti & Penyelarasaan

    • Membuat permintaan alat ganti (requisition) dan membuat susulan terhadap alat ganti tertunggak dari HQ atau pembekal.

    • Memantau status penghantaran dan memaklumkan pihak bengkel mengenai anggaran masa ketibaan (ETA).
