Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in administrative or accounting roles (fresh graduates with strong foundation may be considered).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or Excel).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records, invoices, and financial documentation.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to support administrative, operational, and ad-hoc tasks when required.
Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Manage full set account. Training provided.
Manage basic accounting and bookkeeping functions such as data entry, invoicing, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliation.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records in line with company and client requirements.
Liaise with internal teams on finance and administrative matters.
Prepare and manage reports and other documents for management review.
Provide operational and administrative support for multiple clients as assigned.
Undertake ad-hoc duties to support management and client needs.
