Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in hairdressing/scalp care (salon or spa)

• Proficient in scalp treatments, deep conditioning, and hair repair

• Skilled in blow-drying techniques (various styles)

• Knowledgeable about different hair types and able to recommend suitable treatment plans

• Friendly demeanor and clear communication skills

• Experience in hair coloring (application and root touch-ups)

• Familiar with keratin/straightening treatments

• Possesses basic salon operational skills (appointments, client records, inventory management)

• Maintains a clean and hygienic work environment

• Knowledgeable about professional hair care products

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand hair and scalp conditions and provide suitable treatment recommendations.

• Proficient in shampooing, conditioning, scalp treatments, and styling techniques (blow-drying, curling, straightening, etc.).

• Recommend and use appropriate products, explaining their benefits to customers.

• Perform hair coloring, perming, and keratin treatments safely and correctly.

• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, adhering to hygiene standards.

• Build good relationships with customers and handle customer feedback appropriately.

• Assist the store manager with daily operations (inventory, product display, equipment maintenance).

• Continuously learn new techniques and industry trends.
