We are a growing air-conditioning servicing and installation company in Singapore, looking for a reliable and skilled Aircon Service Technicianto join our team. This role covers residential and commercial servicing, repair, and installation work.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in aircon servicing, repair, or installation (fresh graduates from HVAC/refrigeration vocational training also welcome)

• Relevant certification in air-conditioning/refrigeration servicing (or equivalent trade qualification)

• Valid driving license preferred (Class 3 or equivalent)

• Able to work independently and follow standard operating procedures

• Good communication skills

• Willing to relocate to Singapore or commute daily/weekly from Johor

• Physically fit for fieldwork (climbing, working at height, lifting equipment)

• Carry out aircon servicing, maintenance, and repair jobs following our standard diagnostic checklist

• Diagnose faults accurately (refrigerant levels, coil condition, drainage, electrical components) before recommending or carrying out repairs

• Complete installation jobs for residential and light commercial units

• Maintain proper documentation for each job (photos, checklists, customer sign-off)

• Keep your service van properly stocked and organized

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site

• Follow all safety procedures and site protection protocols
