As a Content Creator at USPify, you’ll be responsible for translating healthcare knowledge into content that people actually understand, trust, and remember.

* Has experience creating content that performs organically and in paid advertising.

* Has strong editing skills and understands that good editing guides attention, reinforces key messages, and improves retention, not just adds effects.

Your Responsibilities

* Identify each client’s unique selling point (USP) quickly and understand what truly differentiates them from competitors.

* Conduct content research consistently by studying competitors, global creators, and high-performing content relevant to every project you manage.

* Plan every piece of content with a clear objective, whether it’s building trust, educating, generating leads, or driving conversions.

* Develop creative content angles that make professional healthcare topics engaging without sacrificing accuracy.

* Transform a client’s expertise into compelling stories, hooks, and content that audiences genuinely want to watch.

* Write and structure content for both organic social media and performance marketing ads with strong storytelling.

* Direct shoots with confidence by giving clear creative direction to doctors, healthcare professionals, and talents.

* Edit videos that keep viewers engaged through strong pacing, seamless storytelling, effective captions, and visual emphasis on key messages instead of relying on flashy effects.

* Work closely with strategists and the production team to ensure every piece of content aligns with USPify’s T.R.U.S.T. Framework and overall marketing strategy.

* Continuously improve by analyzing content performance and applying new insights to future projects.
