Requirements
Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Supervise and guide a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, providing clear direction and support to foster a positive work environment.
Conduct on-the-job training for new and existing staff on service standards, menu knowledge, food safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies, assisting with stocktaking and placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently, aiming for satisfactory resolutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the restaurant premises, conducting regular checks.
Support the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of food orders, maintaining quality standards.

Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to the development of new operational strategies.
