Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. 

Minimum 3- 5 years of hand-on finance and accounting experience, preferably experience in a Saas, technology / start up environment. 

High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. 

Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes. 

Able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

To monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Reporting requirements in general. 

Prepare monthly management reports including balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow statements, bank reconciliation and financial analysis. 

Manage Saas billing cycle, follow up payments and manage collections.  

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and financial projections. Provide financial insights to support pricing, cost control and growth decisions.  

Handle corporate income tax, and statutory filings. Liaise with tax agents, auditors and regulatory authorities.  

Implement finance systems and tools suitable for a Saas startup. 

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (HR, operations) to drive business performance and financial discipline. 

Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and procedures that align to ISO27001.
