任职资格
Provide professional consultation and sales services for furniture products (professional training will be provided by the company); candidates with furniture sales or other retail experience are preferred
Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (candidates proficient in Mandarin are highly preferred)
Customer-focused mindset, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory delivery and after-sales service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, responsible, and able to comply with company policies and procedures while fully committed to completing assigned tasks
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
岗位职责
Greet customers warmly, understand their needs in depth, follow up with potential customers, and provide professional home furnishing and furniture solutions; manage the entire sales process from consultation to product delivery
Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, advantages, and pricing
Confidently and clearly demonstrate furniture functions to customers
Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness and visual appeal of the assigned area
Coordinate delivery and installation schedules and track order progress
Handle after-sales services and warranty claims for assigned customers, and coordinate repair arrangements
Collect customer feedback regarding company services, products, and pricing, and report regularly to the Store Manager
