· To oversee all regulatory matters and create the overall strategy to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations.

· To develop processes and systems to ensure that all necessary licensing, filings certifications, and permits are processed and monitored.

· To establish monitoring policies and procedures to ensure compliance with existing regulations.

· To anticipate new or changing regulations and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to address changes in products, operations, or testing requirements.

· To investigate and address any reported issues of non-compliance.

· To liaise with the related competent authority, conformity assessment body, and related economic operators on any changes or non-conformance of the medical devices.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
