Achieve sales targets set by the company.

Manage and optimize Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and convert into 2KM Florist App sales.

Convert social media (FB, IG, XHS) comments & messages into sales via the app.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.

Provide timely support via WhatsApp, calls, and social platforms.

Maintain and update customer details on online platforms.

Inform customers of promotions and deals.

Report customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
