• Candidate must possess at least SPM / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• SPM holders with at least 1 year of relevant working experience are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Able to work independently, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.

• Experience using SQL Accounting System will be an added advantage.

• Handle daily accounting tasks including AR, AP and GL entries.

• Issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, payment vouchers and official receipts.

• Update accounting records into SQL Accounting System accurately.

• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor outstanding payments.

• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.

• Assist in payroll administration, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF related matters.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and suppliers when required.

• Assist in office administration such as filing, stationery, office equipment and document management.

• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
