Supply Chain Executive

You will focus on ensuring smooth material flow and inventory optimization to support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demand planning and forecasting to ensure material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenishment.
• Coordinate with vendors on production scheduling and delivery timelines.
• Track deliveries to ensure on-time supply and avoid shortages.
• Manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system updates and transactions.
• Generate reports (Daily Production Report, Invoice Aging Report, Good Received Summary, etc.)
• Support vendor performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Purchasing Executive

You will focus on sourcing, negotiation and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate and onboard qualified suppliers.
• Manage Request for Quotation (RFQ) / Request For Proposal (RFP) / Request For Tender (RFT) processes.
• Conduct price negotiation and cost analysis.
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders (PO).
• Ensure cost competitiveness and cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery commitments.
• Maintain proper procurement documentation for audit compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, Economics, Statistics or technical-related field.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome!
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in either: Supply Chain / Planning / Inventory Management; or Purchasing / Sourcing / Procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience in automotive or electronics industry is an advantage.
