Job Description

Requirements

  • Preference will be given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in administrative/quotation roles at a general insurance agency, motor vehicle company, or insurance company.
  • Preference will be given to candidates holding a PCE (Property General Insurance) certificate.
  • Proficient in computer office software (Word, Excel), sensitive to numbers, meticulous, and organized in work.
  • Ability to communicate smoothly with client secretaries and insurance company counters in Chinese, English, or Malay.
  • Stable, punctual, proactive, and willing to develop long-term within a senior and stable team.

Responsibilities

1. System Quotation and Comparison: Responsible for entering the systems of major general insurance companies (such as Generali, Liberty, AIA, etc.) to provide daily renewal quotations for clients' auto insurance, factory insurance, and commercial insurance.

2. Prepare Comparison Reports: 45 days in advance, create clear comparison tables of premiums and coverage from each insurance company for review by supervisors and clients.

3. Policy Issuance and Follow-up: Responsible for confirming policy issuance and assisting clients with the proxy service and express delivery follow-up for Road Tax.

4. File and Claims Support: Input and manage client essential insurance files; assist in collecting documents and liaising with insurance companies for clients' minor claims.

5. Team Collaboration: Cooperate with the arrangements of the back-office administrative manager to efficiently complete daily administrative tasks.
