任职资格
- Minimum 1 year of service experience in the electronics industry
- Knowledge of process and application is an added advantage
- Experience or familiarity with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment such as:
- Reflow ovens, Wave soldering machines, Selective soldering systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Willingness to travel locally and overseas
- Able to work independently with a proactive and hardworking attitude
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
岗位职责
- Lead the setup, installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites
- Provide application and technical support to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Identify and develop new customers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Deliver after-sales service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support the sales team with technical knowledge, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation
- Manage and guide the service team in delivering on-site customer training
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Lead involvement in new equipment setup and hardware integration for customer purchases
- Conduct analysis on equipment performance, hardware issues, and preventive maintenance data
- Drive continuous improvement in service processes and system reliability
