POSITION - E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

LOCATION - SETIA ALAM, SHAH ALAM

Job Descriptions:

 Generating brand awareness, implementing online marketing strategies, and generating higher traffic numbers.

 coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote new and existing company products or services.

 Designing and implementing online marketing strategies across all digital platforms.

 Managing the company’s social media platform, web advertising and website.

 Developing social media strategies and ideas.

 Handle customer service and enquires promptly.

 Identifying the latest trends and technology within the industry.

 Maintaining customer communications with weekly reports, news articles, and industry guides.

 Monitoring and maintaining the media budget.

 Ads-Hocs task assigned by head of department.

Job Requirements:

 Diploma/Degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.

 Proven experience in online marketing sales and customer service.

 In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques.

 Experience with social media networking and advertising.

 Knowledge of web design / CMS.

 Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry.

 Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva is an added advantage.

 Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
