Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality/Quality Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering fields

Semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Supplier management involving PCB / PCBA, Mechanical fabrication, Machining, Sheet metal, Plastics, Cable assembly, Contract manufacturers

Qualify, assess, approve, and re-evaluate suppliers.

Conduct supplier process audits (PCB, PCBA, fabrication, machining, sheet metal, cable assembly, etc.).

Monitor supplier performance using KPIs, PPM, OTD, SCAR, and quality scorecards.

Drive supplier continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, delivery, and reliability.

Develop strategic suppliers to support business growth.

Lead First Article Inspection (FAI) and supplier production readiness activities.

Review Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow, Work Instructions, and Inspection Plans.

Support PPAP, FAIR, process qualification, capability studies, and supplier onboarding.

Ensure supplier compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, IPC standards, and customer requirements.

Lead Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and 8D investigations.

Conduct root cause analysis and validate corrective actions.

Support containment activities, production recovery, and supplier quality improvement.

Participate in MRB, deviation, waiver, and engineering change discussions.

Support incoming quality inspection for PCB, PCBA, fabricated parts, mechanical assemblies, and purchased materials.

Review FAIR reports, dimensional reports, material certifications, and inspection records.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI), pilot builds, and production ramp-up activities.

Work closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Contract Manufacturers, and suppliers.

Participate in Design Reviews, DFM discussions, ECO/ECN implementation, and customer/supplier audits.

Lead supplier quality meetings and business reviews.

Lead Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.

Drive defect prevention, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

Promote quality excellence throughout the supply chain.
