Assist in daily accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
Help prepare financial reports and statements under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Maintain and update accounting records and databases.
Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including managing correspondence and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding accounting matters.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, is essential for communication with diverse stakeholders.
A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
