  • Assist in daily accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

  • Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.

  • Help prepare financial reports and statements under the guidance of senior accounting staff.

  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

  • Maintain and update accounting records and databases.

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including managing correspondence and scheduling.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding accounting matters.

  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, is essential for communication with diverse stakeholders.

  • A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.

  • Assist in daily accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and record-keeping for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

  • Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations under the guidance of senior accountants.

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Help maintain the general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and gather necessary financial information.

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including managing correspondence and organizing financial documents.

  • Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and filings as directed by the tax team.
