Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Fresh graduates with construction internship are encouraged to apply

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Able to read and understand construction drawings is an advantage

Familiar with contractor coordination, material submission, and site documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation tools

Good communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders

Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment

Coordinate project documentation for site meetings, submissions, testing, commissioning, and handover

Liaise with contractors and subcontractors on material submissions and shop drawings

Support construction project coordination for renovation, A and A works, and fit-out projects

Monitor and follow up on site progress and project updates

Assist Project Manager in tracking project timelines and deliverables

Maintain proper project documentation and records

Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders

Perform ad-hoc project coordination and administrative tasks
