Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in IT support is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Networking and Microsoft 365.
Willing to travel to customer sites.
Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Responsible, punctual and a good team player.
Experience or exposure in any of the following:
Synology NAS
VMware / Hyper-V
Microsoft 365
VPN & Firewall
Cloud Backup
AutoCount
SQL Server
Cybersecurity
AI productivity tools
Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote IT technical support.
Install and configure PCs, laptops, printers and network devices.
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365 and business application issues.
Setup and maintain servers, NAS, backup and virtualization solutions.
Configure routers, VPN, Wi-Fi and basic firewall settings.
Assist customers with cloud backup and cybersecurity solutions.
Document completed work and update service reports.
Work closely with our Business Office and Software Support Team to ensure excellent customer service.
