Requirements

  • Able to speak English & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Warm, outgoing and responsible personality

  • Willingness to learn and work in a team

  • Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays

  • Experience is an advantage but not compulsory as training will be provided

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly customer service

  • Manage bookings, parties & corporate events

  • Brief customers on game rules & safety

  • Prepare rooms and equipment for gameplay

  • Handle payments and POS transactions

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the venue

  • Support daily operational tasks
