Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of work experience

Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise with customers/distributors and cooperate with other team members

Proficiency in Mandarin

Enhance the professional ability, client server ability and service conversion ability of the after-sales services team in the region;

Be responsible for the whole process of after-sales services for trucks, and complete various tasks such as dispatching, scheduling, and resource coordination according to the after-sales services control program;

Review and supervision of the reasonableness and cost of service orders;

Coordination and handling of customer complaints
