Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
Help screen resumes and arrange interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare interview materials and follow-up communications.
Support onboarding process for new hires.
2. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain and update employee personal files.
File and organize HR documents (contracts, forms, letters, etc.).
Assist in preparing employment letters (confirmation, warning, resignation, etc.).
Ensure proper record keeping and confidentiality.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
Update daily attendance records.
Monitor employee leave applications and balances.
Assist in tracking overtime and absenteeism.
Ensure attendance data is accurate for payroll processing.
4. Payroll Support
Assist in preparing monthly payroll data.
Check attendance, overtime, and allowance records.
Support statutory contribution updates (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Handle basic payroll-related queries from employees.
5. Employee Support
Assist in handling employee inquiries related to HR matters.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Help coordinate employee welfare activities.
6. General HR Administration
Prepare HR reports and data summaries when required.
Assist in organizing company events and staff activities.
Handle filing, photocopying, and document scanning.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by HR team.
