Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experienced in PA, EA, or operations coordination is preferred.

Detail-oriented, especially when handling sales data and reports

Proactive; follows through without being chased

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.

Advantageous: Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and dynamic schedule

Willing to travel when required.

Manage Director's calendar, schedule, meetings, and appointments

Triage and prioritise correspondence and action items on Director's behalf

Track cross-divisional deliverables; flag delays or items needing attention

Prepare minutes, action logs, presentations, and business documents

Handle all matters with strict confidentiality and discretion

Track and consolidate agent sales submissions across the groups

Monitor agent/team performance against targets; flag gaps or anomalies

Distribute leads to agents and track follow-up progress

Prepare sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) calibrated to reporting type

Liaise with Sales Directors to reconcile figures and gather updates

Coordinate social media content scheduling across IX Group divisions

Monitor social media insights and compile performance summaries for Director

Track digital ad campaign performance and assist in reporting on key metrics

Prepare and deliver project briefings and presentations to external parties when required

Assist in organising events, launches, roadshows, and internal meetings

Coordinate logistics, vendors, and participant communications

Liaise with agents, developers, vendors, and internal departments

Perform ad hoc duties and support the Director as assigned.
