Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, or business coordination (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess own transportation.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, procurement, maintenance, and vendor management.
Coordinate meetings, official visits, business engagements, and company events.
Manage correspondence, filing systems, and administrative documentation.
Support HR administration, including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents for management.
Liaise with external stakeholders, government agencies, business associations, and support trade events, business forums, and other ad-hoc assignments.
