Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Influencer Marketing is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate Program, and social media platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong data tracking and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role may require communication with Mandarin-speaking affiliates and creators.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for affiliate recruitment and outreach on TikTok, Shopee, Threads, and other social media platforms.
- Identify and engage potential affiliates, creators, KOLs, and KOCs to grow the affiliate network.
- Assist in maintaining communication and follow-up with affiliates/creators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
- Track affiliate posting progress and daily campaign performance.
- Monitor affiliate content to ensure compliance with campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
- Update and maintain affiliate databases, tracking sheets, and reporting records.
- Assist in preparing campaign performance reports and affiliate analytics.
- Coordinate product seeding and promotional materials for affiliates.
- Support the execution of affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor affiliate activity and ensure deliverables are completed within the required timeline.
- Conduct market research on competitors' affiliate strategies and industry trends.
- Assist in handling affiliate inquiries and resolving basic issues.
- Support daily affiliate operations, administrative tasks, and coordination with internal teams.
- Work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Content teams to achieve campaign objectives.
