Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 yearsof experience in F&B, QSR or retail, withat least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Able to work 6 days work week in shift

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and developing team member.

  • Have valid Food Handling Cert & Typhoid Cert is a plus point.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members to maintain service and operational standards.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally.

  • Ensure food quality (freshly baked Donuts and Sandwiches), beverage (Coffee, Tea & Cold Brew) preparation and store cleanliness meet company standards.

  • Support store opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily operational checks.

  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

  • Coach, motivate and provide on-the-job training to team members.

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales, productivity and operational targets.

  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Prepare smooth shift handovers and report operational issues to the Store Manager.
