Requirements
Education: Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in any academic field.
Experience: Preferably possess at least one (1) year of corporate sales experience. Direct exposure to the sign-making, commercial printing, or media advertising industries will be viewed as a strong competitive advantage.
Mobility: Must possess own transport (car) and hold a valid driving license, with absolute willingness to travel extensively to customer sites around your designated region (Northern KL, Puchong, Penang, or Kelantan).
Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage to support specific regional market segments.
Core Competencies: Exceptional customer service skills, presentation capabilities, and sharp commercial negotiation tactics. Must be highly self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote territory while remaining a proven team player.
Technical Proficiency: Solid operational knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel) for data tracking and sales reporting.
To support our strategic market expansion, we are seeking four (4) dedicated Sales Executives, each managing one of the following distinct territories:
Northern Kuala Lumpur (Full Flexible)
Puchong Area (Local Territory / HQ proximity) (Semi Flexible)
Penang (Full Flexible)
Kelantan (Full Flexible)
Responsibilities
Business Development: Source, identify, and proactively contact new potential B2B customers and re-engage existing client accounts via telephone, email, and face-to-face field visits within your assigned regional territory.
Consultative Sales & Client Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally, actively diagnosing printing material requirements, and delivering optimized product presentations to successfully close deals.
Commercial Documentation: Prepare, review, and issue highly detailed and accurate commercial quotations to prospective clients, ensuring rigorous pipeline follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Strategic Negotiation: Conduct commercial negotiations effectively, aligning pricing metrics and volume discounts strategically to consistently hit or exceed personal and regional monthly sales targets.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive sales reports for monthly management meetings, mapping out performance metrics, target analysis, regional competitor movements, and localized strategies to boost sales.
