Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree(for Project Engineer)/ Diploma & CIRT (for Project Supervisor) in Mechanical/Electrical/E&E/Mechatronic Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Fresh Graduate Coordinate are also encourage to apply (attitude is everything).
  • Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in Autocad.
  • Able to travel outstation when necessary.
  • Hunger and desire to learn new things and not afraid to get your hands dirty by being involved in site works.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications and requirements are clearly understood and adhered to.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments, implementing safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Manage materials and equipment logistics, ensuring availability and efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
