Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Perform basic cooking tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring adherence to strict kitchen hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Properly handle and store food items to prevent spoilage and contamination, following all safety regulations.
Learn and execute fundamental cooking techniques, including sautéing, grilling, and roasting, under the guidance of experienced chefs.
Demonstrate proficiency in knife skills for efficient and safe food preparation.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members, communicating clearly and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
Follow recipes accurately and consistently to ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes served.
Undertake basic cleaning duties within the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
Be willing to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques and menu items as required by the kitchen.

Learn and practice fundamental knife skills and basic cooking techniques to enhance culinary abilities and contribute effectively to the kitchen operations.
Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and service team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of food orders.
