A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a retail assistant or similar customer-facing role is essential.

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving inquiries effectively.

Proven sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Experience with inventory management processes, including stocktaking, receiving, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact effectively with a diverse customer base and team members.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Understanding of merchandising principles and the ability to maintain visual standards on the sales floor.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations to drive sales.

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.

Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by replenishing stock, arranging merchandise according to merchandising guidelines, and ensuring product displays are attractive.

Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving new stock, conducting stock counts, and identifying discrepancies to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Keep the store clean and tidy, including maintaining fitting rooms, restrooms, and the sales floor, to provide a pleasant shopping experience.
