Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of working experience in event coordination, sales administration, or retail support.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure during events and roadshows.
Willing to travel and work on weekends/public holidays when required.

岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain sales reports for roadshows, home fairs, and special events.
Generate detailed monthly sales analysis reports for management review.
Coordinate packing and arrangement of goods, accessories, and promotional materials for roadshows and fairs.
Key in and update daily sales data accurately into the system.
Prepare sales commission calculations for Field Force staff, part-timers, and promoters/shooters.
Verify quotations submitted by contractors and event vendors.
Prepare payment vouchers and coordinate payments to contractors and suppliers.
Act as liaison between Field Force and Logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of sales orders during events.
Handle petty cash transactions, claims, and reimbursement records.
Coordinate with Procurement Department for issuance of Purchase Orders and supplier submissions.
Monitor and reconcile stock balances after home fairs and roadshows to ensure inventory accuracy.
Submit daily sales updates for fairs and roadshows to management.
Create and manage WhatsApp groups for event coordination and communication.
Liaise with organizers, contractors, and external parties for special events and corporate collaborations.
