Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in operations, sales administration, event coordination, or administrative support.
Mandarin-speaking is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Willing to travel occasionally and work on weekends when supporting roadshows or special events.

Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Executiveto support the execution of roadshows, home fairs, and special events. The ideal candidate should haveat least 1 year of experience in operations, sales administration, event coordination, or administrative support. This role requires strong coordination skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, monthly, and detailed sales reports for roadshows and home fairs.
Record and maintain accurate sales data for all events.
Calculate and prepare sales commissions for Field Force staff, part-timers, and promoters.
Pack and prepare products, promotional materials, and accessories for roadshows and exhibitions.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of sales orders and event materials.
Monitor stock balances and reconcile inventory after each roadshow or home fair.
Review quotations from contractors and prepare payment vouchers for processing.
Coordinate with the procurement team to issue Purchase Orders and liaise with suppliers.
Handle petty cash transactions, reimbursements, and expense claims.
Liaise with event organizers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
Prepare daily sales updates for management.
Create and manage communication groups (e.g. WhatsApp) for each roadshow or event.
Provide operational support during roadshows, exhibitions, and special events as required.
