• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or related field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Basic computer knowledge and ERP system experience will be an added advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, positive attitude and able to multitask

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Preferably Female Chinese

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily sales support operations

• Reply customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp in a timely manner

• Prepare quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), Cash Sales, Sales Return Notes, Replacement DO and Gift Vouchers

• Process customer and salesman orders accurately and efficiently

• Coordinate with Sales and Accounts Department for order approvals and credit limit checking

• Assist customers and sales team in checking stock availability, product photos and size measurements

• Work closely with warehouse/store team to verify stock information in ERP system

• Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions for issues such as short supply, wrong supply or incorrect orders

After Sales Service

• Verify and process product warranty claims

• Follow up on returned goods and identify reasons for return

• Collect supporting documents such as cash bills and product photos for warranty processing

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
