Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
At least 1 year working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement methods.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage (for coordination with clients/ suppliers/ subcontractors).
Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimation, quotation, and budget for projects.
Handle tender documentation, measurement, and bill of quantities (BQ).
Evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
Monitor project cost and ensure within budget.
Liaise with the project, design, purchasing, and construction teams.
Assist in contract administration and cost control.
