Job Description

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Life Sciences, Business, or a related commercial discipline.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional interpersonal skills are encouraged; 1 to 2+ years of medical sales experience servicing GPs and clinics is a major advantage.
• Engage with various private clinic / Hospital / Pharmacy networks across Malaysia.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle is mandatory for daily regional visits.
• Resilient mind-set, high emotional intelligence, confidence when interacting with busy medical professionals, and negotiation skills.
• Monthly functional allowances provided (Car / Mobile etc)
• 5 Working Days / Week
• 1 Full time position is available

Responsibilities

• Premier distributor/pharmaceutical industry
• Jalan Macalister, George Town
• 5 working days/week
• Work mode : WFO/WFH/Hybrid

Job responsibilities :
• Conduct regular, face-to-face visits to private clinics and community pharmacies to service and support General Practitioners (GPs), pharmacists, and clinic owners.
• Pitch and deliver evidence-based data directly to doctors, explaining drug efficacy, safety, and cost-benefits to influence prescription habits.
• Build long-term, high-trust partnerships with doctors and clinic owners, positioning our company as their preferred pharmaceutical vendor.
• Negotiate sales terms, secure purchase orders, manage stock availability, and handle credit terms with clinic purchasing managers and retail pharmacists.
• Manage the distribution of product samples to doctors and proactively assist clinics with near-expiry stock management and replenishments.
• Autonomously plan daily clinic and pharmacy routing to hit monthly outreach targets and sales KPIs.
• Coordinate and execute local continuous medical education (CME) seminars, lunch-and-learn sessions, and product launches for doctors and clinical staff.
