Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, paid advertising, and content optimization techniques.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid platform changes.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement winning strategies for Shopee & Lazada to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Plan and optimize campaigns, promotions, and advertising to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor platform algorithm trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Lead the content strategy for each platform, ensuring alignment with sales objectives, campaign themes, and seasonal opportunities.
Plan, brief, and oversee production of engaging product videos, livestream scripts, product descriptions, and promotional creatives.
Ensure content is platform-optimized, brand-consistent, and tailored to drive clicks, watch time, and conversions.
Present performance reports, campaign results, and actionable improvement plans
Track campaign ROI, audience engagement, and sales impact, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain high standards for creative assets, livestream flow, and promotional execution.
