Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with valid registration under the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM or equivalent).
• Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, electronic record-keeping).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Professional, punctual, and highly responsible in patient care.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, wound dressing, and basic clinical procedures.
• Assist doctors and healthcare professionals in implementing treatment and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, charts, and medical documentation.
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ conditions or emergencies promptly.
• Support pre- and post-operative care to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Participate in discharge planning and health education.
• Comply with all nursing standards, infection control guidelines, and facility protocols.

Working Schedule:

• Day shift (8am-6pm) for 5 days
• Day Shift (8am-1.30pm) for half day
• Total 5.5 working days
