Position: Customer Success Specialist (English & Mandarin Speaking )
Location: Georgetown , Livingston Tower,Malaysia
DOJ: Immediate
Salary Package: Upto RM3600 + Allowances
Working Time: 5days per week (6.00AM - 3:00PM / 3.00PM - 12.00AM)
Shift Arrangement: Monthly Rotational Shifts
Responsibilities
Job Scope : Customer Service, Handling Inbound Inquires,Live Chat and E-mail Support.
Fresher's / Experienced Candidates are welcome
Fluent in Mandarin & Good Command of English
