Requirements
Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies for a 100-person company.
Assist the HR department with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and providing initial orientation.
Help maintain employee records accurately and confidentially, including personal information, employment history, and performance reviews.
Assist with basic payroll processing tasks and ensure timely distribution of employee compensation.
Contribute to fostering positive employee relations by addressing basic queries and concerns.
Manage general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external vendors.
Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Apply problem-solving abilities to address day-to-day administrative and HR-related challenges.
Exhibit a high level of attention to detail in all administrative and HR functions.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve company goals.

Help with basic payroll processing tasks, such as collecting timesheets, verifying data, and liaising with the payroll provider.
Manage and organize employee files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager when necessary.
Contribute to fostering positive employee relations by assisting with the organization of company events and supporting internal communication initiatives.
