Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Corporate Communication, or any related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Account Management, Procurement, Partnership Development, or related roles.
Experience in IT, electronics, retail, corporate sales, asset disposal, procurement, or B2B trading will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in approaching companies, engaging with decision-makers, and handling professional business discussions.
Good networking, relationship-building, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Commercially minded with strong business sense, problem-solving ability, and result-driven thinking.
Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to prepare basic proposals, quotations, reports, and presentation materials.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, clients, and projects at the same time.
Willing to travel for meetings, corporate visits, site inspections, supplier visits, or networking events when required.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and develop new corporate business opportunities, including B2B sales, IT asset sourcing, trade-in projects, bulk purchase opportunities, disposal projects, and strategic partnerships.
Proactively reach out to companies, organizations, institutions, and corporate decision-makers to source used IT assets such as laptops, desktops, monitors, and other related IT equipment.
Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with corporate clients, suppliers, vendors, business partners, and strategic collaborators.
Generate, manage, and follow up on corporate leads, sales pipelines, partnership opportunities, and potential business projects.
Attend corporate meetings, site visits, networking sessions, presentations, negotiations, and business discussions on behalf of Mechanize.
Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, company profiles, presentation materials, business documents, and related corporate communication when required.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, project arrangements, and partnership structures with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
Identify potential tender, bulk disposal, corporate procurement, trade-in, vendor registration, and partnership opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Management to ensure smooth execution of corporate transactions and projects.
Conduct market research, competitor monitoring, and industry analysis to support business development strategies and market expansion planning.
Maintain and update the company’s corporate client database, lead tracker, follow-up records, and sales pipeline reports.
Prepare regular business development reports, activity updates, client follow-up summaries, and progress reports for management review.
Achieve assigned business development targets, sales objectives, project goals, and performance KPIs.
Represent Mechanize professionally and uphold the company’s image, credibility, and business reputation in all corporate engagements.
