• Minimum SPM— Diploma/Bachelor's in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage;fresh graduates strongly encouraged

• Mandarin/Chinese (spoken & written) mandatory — for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients & partners

• English & Bahasa Malaysia proficiency

• Willingness to travel extensively — field-based role

• Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) & own vehicle (mileage allowance provided)

• Self-motivated, positive attitude, comfortable in a target-driven environment

Preferred:

• Female candidates preferred

• Prior exposure to building materials / metal roofing industry (internships, part-time, family business)

• CRM familiarity (Salesforce, Zoho)

• Knowledge of metal roofing products or Malaysian building codes

• Drive sales of metal roofing products to dealers, distributors, contractors & developers

• Build & maintain relationships with key accounts — hardware retailers, contractors & project managers

• Conduct field visits & site inspections to understand customer needs and provide product recommendations

• Prospect new clients through networking, trade shows & industry events

• Prepare product presentations, quotations & proposals tailored to customer requirements

• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns & product launches; provide market feedback on competitor activity & pricing

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets; track performance via company CRM

• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery & manage customer complaints
