Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Retail or sales experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Passionate about customer service and sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and provide professional product recommendations.
Maintain a positive attitude and strive to achieve sales targets.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Replenish stocks and ensure product displays are well maintained.
Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
