Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Creative, proactive and able to generate marketing ideas

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation

Basic understanding of sales data and marketing performance analysis

Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre, Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage

Basic photo/video editing skills using Canva, CapCut or similar software is a plus

Willing to travel occasionally for events, outlet support or content shooting

Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales

Create and coordinate promotional campaigns, vouchers and seasonal sales

Develop and schedule content for Social Media

Coordinate product launches and marketing activities across all sales channels

Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials

Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports

Analyze sales data and customer insights to improve campaign effectiveness

Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships and collaborations

Coordinate with Customer Service and Retail teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

Monitor competitors and market trends to recommend new marketing strategies

Maintain brand consistency across online and offline marketing materials

Assist in influencer (KOL/KOC) collaborations and affiliate marketing programs

Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management
