Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or E-Commerce Analytics.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, Power Query, etc.).
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret large datasets.
Good communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and internal systems.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and profitability.
Prepare management reports with actionable insights and business recommendations.
Business Intelligence
Identify sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance to support business growth.
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve ROI and ROAS.
Evaluate product profitability, inventory movement, and pricing strategies.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning through data analysis.
E-Commerce Performance Analysis
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)
Revenue & Profit Margin
Conversion Rate (CVR)
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Average Order Value (AOV)
Identify opportunities to optimize product listings, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Data Management & Process Improvement
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.
Automate repetitive reporting processes using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or Power Query.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.
Support ad hoc analysis and special business projects as assigned.
