Location: Ara Damansara
Working Hours: Monday - Friday [9AM to 6PM]
Minimum SPM qualification or above
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
70% Documentation & Data Operations
Verify Documents: Review and validate candidate background documents, including employment history, education credentials, and identity records.
Maintain Compliance: Audit sensitive data and mask confidential information in strict accordance with background screening laws (like FCRA).
Manage Cases: Track background check statuses and data entry within internal tracking systems to meet fast-paced client deadlines.
30% Stakeholder Liaising
Support Candidates: Guide applicants through the background screening portal and resolve issues regarding missing documentation.
Coordinate with Clients: Communicate directly with corporate HR teams to provide accurate status updates on pending candidate reports.
Verify Third-Party Info: Reach out to universities, past employers, and government entities to cross-reference and confirm background details.
