• Willing to work overtime during campaign periods, peak sales days, or urgent fulfillment deadlines.

• Able to support team operations when order volume is high.

• Comfortable handling repetitive packing and fulfillment task on a daily basis.

• Able to maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.

• Must be careful and responsible when handling products, packaging materials and outgoing parcel.

Order Packing & Fulfillment

• Prepare items according to sales order, pick list or system generated packing list.

• Pack customer orders accurately in accordance with company packing standart.

• Ensure the correct product, quantity, batch/variant and packaging materials are used for each order.

• Label parcel correctly and ensure all shipping documents or airways bills are attached properly.

• Verify completed orders before handover to courier/ shipping team.

Order Accuracy

• Conduct checking to ensure all packed orders are complete, accurate and free from defects or damage.

• Report any discrepancies such as wrong item, missing items, damaged goods or stock shortages immediately to the supervisor.

• Ensure parcel are packed in clean, presentable and safe manner to minimize damage during delivary.

Fulfillment Operation Support

• Support daily fulfillment activities to ensure orders are processed within the required timeline.

• assist during peak sales period, campaign, promotion or urgent bulk order fulfillment.

• Coordinate with internal teams where necessary to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.

Housekeeping, Safety & Compliance

• Maintenance cleanliness, tidiness and proper arrangement of the packing/ warehouse area at all times.

• Ensure packing materials, tools and equipment are handled properly and stored safely.

• Follow company SOPs, safety procedure and operational guideliness and carry out any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
